Please allow up to 5-7 business day for shipping and handling.
Drama will credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged up to 3 days from the delivery date on all products. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a credit, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Receipt longer than 3 days will not qualify for a return. In order to receive a full refund, item must be in condition you received it in, as well have tags attached.

To return to store: Please save your receipt. If you wish to exchange a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit. In most instances, we can verify purchases made on a store account or third-party charge account with our receipt lookup system.
To return by mail, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
