Shipping and Return Policies


Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping and handling.

Please note that your order is not confirmed until you have received shipping details.

In-store purchases:

Full priced items purchased in store can be returned in store for refund within 7 days.

Any in-store purchases will be eligible for return in store only.

In-store pickup orders fall under our in-store return policy: 7 days from purchase for Refund.

All refunds will be processed to original payment method. 

Online Purchases:

Online purchases can be returned for a refund by clicking the Self Serve Return link. A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund. Or you can create a label of your own. 

You may return online orders in store for a refund or exchange.

We will accept online returns within 7 days from when your order has been delivered, pending the item was not Final Sale.

Please note, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return label; you will have 2 days to send it back using the provided return label.  
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages when tracking information shows delivered. As all labels are insured. 

Exchanges: We want you to receive the item you want as soon as possible! If you would like a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Items discounted 20% or more off the original price, or that are located in our "Sale" sections, online and in-store, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The item must be in "new" condition, meaning unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
  • Drama NYC Plus reserves the right, at their discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in "new" condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and you will need to pay a re-shipping fee to return the items to you, or we will donate the items. 

When returning, please package your item with care, folded nicely, and with your packing slip inside the package, to ensure a proper refund.

Please allow 3-5 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to come through. 


You are responsible for their own return shipping. Please email us for shipping instructions.


Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
